1. Who is responsible

Duc Long Food, owner of the OLEQIMA brand, decides the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through this website.

2. Data we collect

• When you send the contact form: name, company (optional), email, phone number, inquiry type, products of interest and your message.
• Traffic source sent with the form: campaign parameters (UTM), ad click IDs (gclid, fbclid), referring page and the first page you opened.
• IP address: used only temporarily to block bulk form submissions, never stored with your inquiry.
• If you accept cookies: device, browser and browsing data collected by Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel. Clarity records scrolling, mouse movement and clicks to build heatmaps and session replays; anything you type into forms is always masked.
• We do not collect sensitive personal data and do not knowingly collect data from children.

3. How we use it

We never sell personal data or use it for other purposes without your consent.

• To follow up with advice, quotes and distribution / OEM discussions you request.
• To send one confirmation email (with a request ID) to the address you provide. It is a transactional email with no advertising.
• To understand which channels bring visitors, so we can improve content and ads.
• To measure site traffic (only if you accept analytics cookies).
• To measure ad performance on Facebook / Instagram (only if you accept advertising cookies).

4. Cookies and browser storage

Analytics and advertising cookies are only enabled after you consent. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Your choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we ask again.

• Necessary (always on): product interest list, form draft, traffic source and cookie choice, kept in your browser storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) on your device.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 cookies _ga, _ga_* (up to 2 years); Microsoft Clarity cookies _clck, _clsk (up to 1 year).
• Advertising: Meta Pixel cookie _fbp, kept for up to 90 days.

5. Sharing

We only share data with service providers needed to run the website. Some providers store data outside Vietnam; such transfers follow applicable law.

• Resend: turns your contact form into an email sent to OLEQIMA and sends your confirmation email.
• Google: the inbox that receives inquiries (Gmail), server infrastructure (Google Cloud), Google Analytics (with your consent).
• Microsoft: Microsoft Clarity (with your consent).
• Meta Platforms: Meta Pixel (with your consent).
• Competent authorities, when required by law.

6. Retention

• Inquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless accounting, tax or contract rules require longer.
• Analytics and advertising data: per Google's and Meta's retention periods.
• When the period ends or you ask us to delete it, your data is removed from our inbox and systems.

7. Your rights

You have the right to be informed; to give or withdraw consent; to access, correct or request deletion of your data; to restrict or object to processing; to request a copy of your data; and to complain and claim compensation as provided by law.

8. Security

The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Form data is sent only to OLEQIMA's inbox and accessed only by the staff handling inquiries. In the event of a data breach, we will notify the competent authority and affected people as required.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change introduces a new purpose of processing, we will ask for your consent again.
